Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth facility maintenance, and act as a key coordination point between departments and the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-ground administrative activities.
  • Manage facility and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with all departments and Head Office.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management.
  • Handle travel desk operations, including travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Assist in implementing administrative policies and procedures.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
