Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role involves coordination, documentation, record management, vendor handling, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and housekeeping
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers
  • Maintain files, inventory, and documents (physical & digital)
  • Maintain employee records and admin-related data
  • Support HR and Accounts teams with admin-related tasks
  • Handle visitor management and front desk coordination
  • Support procurement and purchase processes
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, or admin MIS ________________________________________

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Fresher / 1 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of billing, vendor management, and office procedures
  • Knowledge of HR/admin coordination
