- Manage the administration transport coordination, scheduling, and documentation coordination arrangements as per requests received and with necessary approvals.
- Ensure the coordination with guests, staff and other entities as applicable to facilitate the necessary requests and extend the possible information and support
- Interactions with employees on general welfare topics and employee service requests.
- Handle the general facility and office administration and management
- Regular liaison/coordination with HR team on all required topics
- Ensure the general decorum of the company premises, monitor all facility and premises activities and take proactive measures to ensure the well being of the employees in consensus with the manage
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Trade certificate/degree/diploma qualification in any discipline/General Administration
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in managing the facility or service coordination
- Experience in coordination with various internal/External teams• Reviewing the stakeholder requirements for appropriate actions or escalations as required
- * Experience in managing housekeeping and or facility is preferable
- Age not more than 30 Years
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Excellent Organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task with good general etiquette and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic understanding of any data management software is a plus.
