Admin executive

AIKA Entertainment is looking for a motivated and organized well arabic (written & spoken) Administrative Executive to join our team in Kuwait City. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career and grow within a dynamic entertainment company.

Responsibilities include:

* Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

* Managing and organizing documents and files

* Coordinating internal and external communication

* Assisting in scheduling meetings and preparing reports

* Supporting other departments when needed

Requirements:

* Fresh graduate with up to 1 year of relevant experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

* Strong communication and organizational skills
