Admin Executive
to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:

Maintain order in daily office operations

Manage documents and files (nothing gets lost)

Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Support the team with administrative tasks

Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members

Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks

Follow established procedures and checklists
Requirements:

Experience as an administrator or office manager
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks consistently
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Comfortable with routine and structured work
-
Fluency in Russian and Arabic is an advantage.
