Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to handle our dispatch operations and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order dispatch operations from the warehouse to customers or event locations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, courier companies, and internal departments for pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, and shipping labels accurately.
• Maintain and update dispatch records and order tracking information.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and quality checks before dispatch.
• Handle and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Support the warehouse team in maintaining inventory accuracy and order flow.
• Plan and manage dispatch schedules for maximum efficiency.

Required Experience & Background

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch operations, warehouse, or logistics coordination.
• Experience in E-commerce or event management companies will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with order management systems, courier tracking platforms, and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
