Job Title: Emirati Admin Executive
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (UAE National – Female preferred if needed)
Department: Administration / HR Support

Job Purpose

The Emirati Admin Executive will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. The role includes general office administration along with basic HR support activities such as documentation, employee coordination, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration

  • Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and maintain calendars.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, stationery supply, and vendor support.
  • Assist with preparing letters, memos, and reports when required.
  • Support management with general administrative tasks.

HR Support Activities

  • Assist in collecting and organizing employee documents (Passports, Emirates IDs, Visas).
  • Help with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and initial candidate screening.
  • Support new joiner onboarding—preparation of files, orientation scheduling, and forms collection.
  • Maintain attendance records and share timely updates with HR.
  • Assist HR with simple payroll data compilation (leaves, attendance, overtime).
  • Update employee personal files and HR trackers.
  • Coordinate training sessions, internal communication, and announcements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • UAE National – Emirati (with Family Book).
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of admin/HR experience preferred (fresh graduates also considered).
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
