About the Role
We are hiring an
Admin Executive to work directly with the Founder
in a fast-growing e-commerce and trading business.
This is
not a routine admin job
.
This role is for someone who is:

You will play a key role in bringing
structure, discipline, and execution
into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Founder’s Office Support
-
Work closely with the Founder on daily priorities
-
Maintain structure in daily schedule and execution
-
Ensure important tasks are not delayed or missed
Execution & Follow-ups
-
Track key tasks across teams (warehouse, e-commerce, admin)
-
Follow up consistently until completion
-
Maintain daily and weekly execution reports
Operations Coordination
-
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
-
Assist in basic reporting, documentation, and task management
-
Identify gaps and ensure they are addressed proactively

Requirements

Good communication skills (English)

Organized and detail-oriented

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

0–3 years experience (fresh but strong candidates welcome)

Bachelor's degree
