Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Admin Executive / Office Administrator to handle day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and external stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall office administration including housekeeping, maintenance, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, IT equipment, and facility-related services.
- Prepare and manage monthly expense reports and assist in budget tracking.Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office events.
- Monitor office inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain administrative records, MIS reports, and ensure process compliance.
- Ensure upkeep, hygiene, and safety of the office premises.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Well-presented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in vendor coordination and external stakeholder management.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
