Admin Executive / Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, letters) efficiently and professionally.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure timely procurement when needed.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure office environment is organized and operational at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English (written and spoken).
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
