Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Manage correspondence (emails, calls, letters) efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure timely procurement when needed.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-ups.
- Ensure office environment is organized and operational at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, especially in English (written and spoken).
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
