We are hiring an experienced Admin Executive / Personal Assistant for a full-time on-site role in Lahore.
The ideal candidate should have strong administrative, communication, coordination, and organizational skills. This role requires someone professional, reliable, confidential, and able to support management with daily administrative and personal assistance tasks.
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle office administration and coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Maintain confidential records and documentation
- Coordinate with departments on behalf of management
- Organize meetings and business events
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional personality and presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluent English communication
- Must be able to work on-site
