We are looking for an Admin Executive with procurement experience to join our company.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Experience in procurement / purchasing
- Good knowledge of supplier coordination and quotations
- Basic knowledge of documentation and office administration
- Good communication skills
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement activities and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare quotations and follow up orders
- Maintain records and documentation
- Support office administrative tasks
- Location: Doha, Qatar
