Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support our operations by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely communication and execution across our sales, production, and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with Production Team for updates on pending sales orders and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Customers for timely payment collection and invoice clarifications.
  • Communicate with Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of purchase components and raw materials.
  • Maintain records of follow-ups, commitments, and resolutions in an organized format.
  • Manage calls, emails, and reports related to daily coordination tasks.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to management on follow-up status.

Requirements:

  • ✅ 1–3 years of experience in admin, back office, or coordination roles (manufacturing sector preferred).
  • ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English.
  • ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and general office software.
  • ✅ Highly organized, punctual, and proactive.
  • ✅ Familiarity with basic sales and purchase processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
