We are looking for a confident and organized Female Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and support office activities. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with staff and management for smooth workflow
  • Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
  • Assist in basic reporting and data entry
  • Ensure office discipline and proper coordination

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
