We are looking for an experienced Admin who has prior experience working in a Fire & Safety company. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate efficiently between clients & technicians, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day administrative work related to fire and safety projects.
2. Communicate effectively with clients regarding job requirements, schedules, and updates
3. Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper execution of works
4. Prepare quotations, job reports, and related documentation.
5. Maintain records of service reports, client communications, and technician schedules.
6. Support management in organizing and tracking ongoing projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
