Admin-Heavy Equipment Operation

Key Responsibilities

  • Asset Management: Maintaining and updating registers for all vehicles and machinery, tracking fuel, and monitoring maintenance, repair, and registration records.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports on equipment downtime, repair costs, and utilization.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating with workshop personnel for repairs.
  • Purchasing & Compliance: Managing orders for spare parts, supporting procurement, and ensuring all equipment complies with company and safety regulations.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Assisting with equipment mobilization, demobilization, and dispatch procedures.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years in construction equipment accounting, logistics, or administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and fleet management software.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of heavy equipment types, maintenance procedures, and, ideally, safety protocols (HSE).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills to act as a link between field staff and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
