Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin with HR responsibilities to support our office operations and assist with human resources tasks. This role will involve managing administrative duties, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring smooth office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office tasks .
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Assist with recruitment (job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and clients.
  • Manage office inventory, including tracking and ordering supplies
  • Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
  • Coordinate partner and Employees' travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and management teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
