We are hiring a professional and experienced Admin / HR / Accounts Executive to manage daily office operations, employee coordination, and basic financial tasks.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have relevant education or prior experience in Administration, HR, or Accounts.
NOTE:
This position is for MALES ONLY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration:
- Manage daily office operations
- Maintain records and documentation
- Coordinate between departments
Human Resources (HR):
- Assist in recruitment
- Maintain employee records
- Manage attendance and leaves
Accounts:
- Maintain basic financial records
- Handle invoices and expenses
- Assist in bookkeeping
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, Finance, HR, or related field
Experience:
1–3 years relevant experience preferred
Skills:
- MS Excel & Office knowledge
- Communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
