Marcaband is seeking a dedicated Admin HR professional to manage both administrative and human resource operations for our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of supporting multiple teams seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organization
  • Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Coordinate office resources and supplies, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and related HR documentation
  • Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and staff activities
  • Provide general support to all teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and HR roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
