We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & HR Assistant to support daily administrative and human resources operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Support HR activities including employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Prepare and maintain documents, files, and reports
  • Coordinate with staff regarding HR and administrative matters
  • Assist management with routine office and HR requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Admin or HR role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: KWD 250-300
  • As per Kuwait Labor Law
