Admin & HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Processing employment and residence visas through government portals and Amer Centers for employees and their families
✅ Managing medical insurance enrollment and renewals
✅ Handling employee access cards and related administrative requirements
✅ Salary processing through WPS (Wages Protection System)
✅ Document attestation and legalization procedures
✅ Trade license renewals and amendments
✅ Tenancy contract renewals and related documentation
✅ Utility bill payments and coordination with service providers
✅ Supporting HR and administrative operations for both Free Zone and Mainland entities
✅ Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience in HR and Administration
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures
  • Experience working with Free Zone and Mainland companies
  • Familiarity with government portals, Amer Centers, and WPS processing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
