Admin & HR Assistant - Arabic Female

To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records while supporting daily HR operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
  • Maintain and organize employee files (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and staff schedules.
  • Support recruitment processes, including document collection, contracts preparation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with government authorities when required (MOHRE, visa, insurance, medical, etc.).
  • Update and maintain HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR administrative procedures.
  • Assist in preparing periodic HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
