To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records while supporting daily HR operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain and organize employee files (both physical and digital).
- Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and staff schedules.
- Support recruitment processes, including document collection, contracts preparation, and onboarding coordination.
- Prepare HR-related correspondence, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with government authorities when required (MOHRE, visa, insurance, medical, etc.).
- Update and maintain HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR administrative procedures.
- Assist in preparing periodic HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
