Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. The HR Executive will play a key role in building a positive company culture and supporting the growth of our skilled workforce in the maintenance and renovation sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee employee relations and address grievances professionally and promptly.
  • Support department heads in workforce planning and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance systems in coordination with the finance team.
  • Organize training, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in facilities management, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
