Job Description: Admin + HR Executive (with Basic Accounts Support)

Full-time | On-site (DHA Lahore Office)

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

Accounts & Operations

  • Basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain and update assets register and inventory sheets.
  • Handle bank deposits and related banking tasks.
  • Manage office grocery/consumables and ensure timely restocking.
  • Assist in procurement: collecting quotations, coordinating with vendors, and handling purchase follow-ups.

Human Resources

  • Schedule interviews and make coordination calls.
  • Post vacancies on job portals and social platforms.
  • Manage onboarding for new employees (documentation, accounts setup).
  • Handle offboarding procedures (clearance, asset return, documentation).
  • Manage employee contracting and associated paperwork.
  • Track attendance and leaves and prepare monthly summaries.

General Administration

  • Coordinate with vendors, office staff, and external service providers.
  • Maintain office environment, supplies, and day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Provide operational support to management when required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting tools (Google Sheets mandatory).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling daily tasks.
  • Must be able to work on-site full-time at the DHA Lahore office.
