Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees and drivers.
- Oversee employee induction, orientation, and training programs to ensure alignment with company values and operational standards.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Administer leave management, attendance tracking, and timekeeping systems.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and performance management processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding and final settlements.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR policies, confidentiality, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage and monitor all driver-related documentation, including issuance and renewal of licenses, vehicle permits, and registrations.
- Coordinate timely vehicle registration, renewal, and insurance processing in accordance with ITC and governmental regulations.
- Liaise with Integrated Transport Center (ITC) and other relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with operational standards and licensing requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all quality and compliance documentation, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
- Support management in regulatory compliance handling and continuous process improvement related to HR and transport operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, document control, and office coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferred candidates with own visa / family visa .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR and administration.
- Strong foundation in UAE Labour Law (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
