Admin & HR Executive (Female)

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 1–4 years

Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and well-spoken Admin & HR Executive (Female) to manage office admin, front-desk, HR coordination, and expense management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk & reception management
  • Office administration, vendor coordination, facility management
  • HR support: recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, attendance & leave tracking
  • Document handling: Excel trackers, HR letters, reports, presentations
  • Travel bookings, meeting arrangements, office supplies & procurement
  • Expense management: reimbursements, petty cash, vendor bills, monthly reports

Skills Required

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Basic HR knowledge, documentation & record-keeping
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage confidential information
  • Experience in expense management (preferred)
