Admin & HR Manager (Factory Operations)

The Admin & HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative operations within the factory, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, workforce discipline, compliance with labor laws, and efficient coordination between factory staff and management.

This is a hands-on operational role, requiring strong control over labor, attendance, and factory discipline — not a desk-based HR position.

  • Manage daily workforce attendance, shift allocation, and manpower planning to ensure smooth production operations
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and replacement of factory workers and support staff
  • Maintain accurate attendance, overtime, and employee records; coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
  • Enforce discipline, punctuality, hygiene, and workplace conduct across the factory floor
  • Resolve worker issues, grievances, and conflicts in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and statutory requirements
  • Oversee factory administrative functions including security, cleanliness, and basic maintenance
  • Monitor staff entry/exit, control access, and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate with production and management teams to address labor shortages and operational issues
