JOB OBJECTIVE:
Coordinate with appropriate authorities in the Labour & Immigration department for obtaining approval for the Company, its employees and authorised visitors to ensure that all government approvals and requirements are met. Also responsible for collecting and delivering documents to the head office and bank.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Government Relations, Licensing & Approvals:

Manage labor contracts, visas, permits, and employee-related approvals (Labour, Immigration).

Handle issuance, renewals, and cancellations of trade/commercial/industrial licenses.

Liaise with government authorities for approvals, attestations, and regulatory compliance.

Manage vehicle registrations, tolls (Darb), waste management permits, environmental clearances, and transportation permits (ASATEEL).

Oversee customs documentation, Dubai Trade services, and shipment clearance.
HR & Administration:

Maintain employee records, contracts, and proper documentation control.

Monitor time sheets, attendance, leave applications (SAP), and resumption processes.

Coordinate staff accommodation and employee welfare services.

Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, Emiratization compliance, and health insurance facilitation.

Provide emergency support to employees for administrative and welfare needs.

Manage petty cash, credit card invoice clearing, and general administrative expenses.
Office and Factory Support:

Coordinate submission/collection of cheques, invoices, LC documents, and bank-related transactions.

Ensure timely reconciliation of payments and handling of bounced cheques.

Submission of petty cash and Credit cards bills to Finance as frequently advised by the team.

Delivery and collection of documents from customer and head office.

Ensure transportation arrangements, drivers, and company fleet management.

Oversee ADNOC fuel management and ensure efficient usage across company vehicles.

Supervise building, office, and garden maintenance, ensuring proper upkeep.

Manage procurement of office supplies and requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

Strong experience in administration, government relations (PRO), HR support, and office management.
-
Knowledge of labor laws, licensing procedures, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
Minimum Experience:
-
1 year of relevant experience in Admin.
