Internship Job Role – Admin (SUKINO VYTILLA Rehabilitation Centre)
An Admin Intern at a Rehabilitation Centre supports daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the facility while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office administration
- Maintain files, records, and documentation (patients, staff, reports)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk coordination
2. Patient & Visitor Coordination
- Assist in patient registration and admission documentation
- Coordinate with patients, families, and visitors
- Schedule appointments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups
3. Data Entry & Record Maintenance
- Update patient records and attendance logs
- Maintain databases and reports (Excel / registers / systems)
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
4. Coordination with Staff
- Support doctors, counselors, therapists, and support staff
- Assist in scheduling duties and internal communications
5. Inventory & Facility Support
- Help track inventory (medicines, supplies, stationery)
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and discipline standards
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Support compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
7. General Office Duties
- Prepare basic reports and summaries
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and events
