Position Overview
The Administrative Internee will provide structured support to the Administration and Procurement functions of the organization. The role involves assisting in office operations, documentation, coordination, and vendor sourcing from local and international markets. This position offers practical exposure to professional administrative practices and procurement workflows in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize physical electronic records, files, and documentation
- Support vendor sourcing activities, including identification of local and international suppliers
- Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Assist with office supplies management and inventory tracking
- Support HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Perform other duties related to administration and procurement as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Management Sciences, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate professionally with local and international vendors
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn
