We are looking for a detail‑oriented Admin / Junior Accountant to support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working with invoices, data entry, and administrative duties. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in accounts/admin roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Support month‑end closing activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Manage emails, calls, and basic customer communication
- Assist in inventory tracking (if required)
- Perform any additional admin or accounting tasks assigned by managements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in admin or accounting roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience with accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must be currently in UAE
