TWS Legal Consultants is an established law firm in Dubai offering advice on Wills & Estate Inheritance, DIFC Foundations, Family & Divorce Law, Property Conveyancing, UAE Residency, Litigation, Corporate & Company Incorporation in the UAE.

We are currently seeking an experienced Admin / Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm in the UAE.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification and a minimum of 2 years experience as an Admin or Legal Assistant in a law firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals.
  • Maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.
  • Manage and organize legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for legal team members.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, including letters, memos, and court forms.
  • Maintain and update the firm's database and filing systems.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
