Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, asset management, and facility upkeep.
Maintain records of inventory, purchase orders, and logistics documentation.
Handle courier and transport arrangements for domestic consignments.
Analyzing logistics data, reporting on performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
Support HR and finance departments with documentation and operational needs.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
Prepare and maintain reports related to admin and logistics activities.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and equipment as per requirement.
