DVAGO Pharmacy is looking for a responsible and proactive Admin & Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth administrative operations and oversee maintenance-related tasks across branches and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and facility management
- Ensure timely maintenance of equipment, utilities, and store fixtures
- Handle inventory and stock of administrative and maintenance supplies
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or maintenance coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
