Admin & Maintenance Executive

DVAGO Pharmacy is looking for a responsible and proactive Admin & Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth administrative operations and oversee maintenance-related tasks across branches and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and facility management
  • Ensure timely maintenance of equipment, utilities, and store fixtures
  • Handle inventory and stock of administrative and maintenance supplies
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or maintenance coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
