Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and organized Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling office management, vendor coordination, staff supervision, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily administrative operations of the showroom.

* Manage office supplies, utilities, and maintenance tasks.

* Handle staff attendance, leaves, and related HR records.

* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

* Maintain company documents, files, and records efficiently.

* Support management in procurement, logistics, and budgeting.

* Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.

* Prepare administrative reports and assist in audits when required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Management).

* Minimum **3–5 years** of relevant administrative experience.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
