Admin Manager

We're excited to welcome a dynamic, organized, and people-focused Admin Manager to join our growing Dubai team. In this role, you'll support daily studio operations and work closely with our CEO and Head of Business Development, playing an essential part in keeping our creative environment running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
• Support management with communications, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Assist in preparing and submitting RFPs, LOAs, contracts, and other documentation
• Manage basic HR and office tasks including onboarding, leave tracking, and internal coordination
• Maintain records and documentation in collaboration with our Shanghai HQ
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and suppliers as needed
• Support client visits, internal events, and activities that strengthen our studio culture

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in admin or managerial roles within architecture, design, or construction
• Background in Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or similar fields (preferred)
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with ADERP, Etimad, or similar tender systems is a plus
