Job Summary

The F&B Administrator provides administrative and clerical support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role handles documentation, inventory records, purchasing coordination, reporting, and communication between kitchen, service staff, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain F&B documents, reports, and records
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications for the F&B department
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)

Inventory & Purchasing

  • Assist with inventory tracking, stock reports, and usage records
  • Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries
  • Verify invoices, delivery notes, and pricing accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B reports (sales, cost, wastage)
  • Maintain supplier contracts, menus, price lists, and compliance documents
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with kitchen, service, and finance departments
  • Support F&B managers with operational planning and audits
  • Communicate policies, updates, and procedures to staff

Compliance & Hygiene Support

  • Maintain records related to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Assist with inspections, audits, and certification documentation

Qualifications & Skills
Education

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience in F&B, hospitality, hotel, or restaurant operations

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & KNOWS HOW TO USEMAC(PAGES &KEYNOTE SOFTWARES
  • Knowledge of inventory systems or POS is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic understanding of F&B operations and terminology

Requirement

VALIDDRIVERS LICENSE

Visa Type: Normal 18

Work Location: Kuwait City

Contract Period: 1 year

Probation Period: 3 months (90 days)

Benefits: None

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Kuwait Labor Law: Provided (employment shall be governed by Kuwait Labor Law)

Annual Leave: 30 days

SALARY: 300-400 KD
