Position: Admin Manager from Jewellery Industry

Location: Madhapur , Hyderabad

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration

Salary: 50K - 60K Per Month

Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in Administration, preferably in Retail or Jewellery industry.

Skills: MS Office and ERP/HRM tools.

Job Description:

⦁ Manage end-to-end administrative operations for the Jewelry showroom

⦁ Monitor and maintain inventory of office/showroom supplies and ensure timely restocking.

⦁ Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

⦁ Coordinate with Jewelry vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility-related needs.

⦁ Handle travel bookings, courier dispatches, and logistics support.

⦁ Maintain updated records for licenses, insurance, and renewals.

⦁ Support internal events, training programs, and special projects.

⦁ Resolve admin-related escalations efficiently and promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
