Admin Manager - Stitching Unit

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:- 5–8 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Operations Management.

Job Description:-

  • Manage and supervise all administrative functions of the Stitching Unit.
  • Oversee security, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, and facility management services.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and support production activities.
  • Manage administrative budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office buildings, production facilities, and employee areas.
  • Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with HR, Production, Finance, and other departments to address operational requirements.
  • Manage administrative staff and ensure effective workforce utilization.
  • Handle government, municipal, and regulatory matters related to administration when required.
  • Prepare administrative reports and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and employee concerns.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
