Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
- Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and company profiles.
- Maintain and update company social media pages and website content.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Support the sales and business development team with lead generation and client communication.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
- Manage event planning and coordination for company meetings, employee engagement programs, and corporate gatherings.
- Provide diary management support to the Managing Director and Chairman, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing related materials.
- Coordinate visa processing and travel arrangements for management’s international business trips.
- Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, and detailed travel itineraries for management.
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of corporate gifts and company uniforms.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in travel coordination and event organization.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and attention to detail.
