Location: TSDI, Dubai

Qualification: Any Postgraduate

Experience: Minimum 10 years

About the Role:

TSDI, Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin & Marketing Manager to oversee the overall administration and marketing operations of our training institute. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and strategic marketing skills with a proven track record in managing educational or training centers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the training center.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and student recruitment strategies.
  • Manage admissions, enrollment, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with management and academic teams for operational excellence.
  • Handle budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
  • Build partnerships with corporates, schools, and community organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE educational and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise support staff and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience managing training or educational centers.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in administration and marketing within UAE institutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent understanding of UAE education and marketing dynamics.

Preferred:

  • Candidates currently based in UAE with prior experience in reputed training institutions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and institutional branding will be an added advantage.
