We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Ecommerce and be capable of handling day-to-day office operations, documentation, and coordination with government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with relevant government departments such as LDA, WASA, WAPDA, TEPA, Excise, and other authorities for approvals, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in site-related administrative tasks and support construction teams with required documentation.
- Prepare letters, applications, and official correspondence for government and internal use.
- Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and support management in routine operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in the construction/real estate industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of documentation and processes related to LDA, WASA, WAPDA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
