Job Overview:

Novamed Group of Companies is looking for a competent and proactive Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in pharma industry administration, facility management, and supervision of janitorial staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the department.
  • Supervise janitorial/housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the facility.
  • Coordinate and support office maintenance, repair work, utilities, and service contractors.
  • Manage administrative logistics including meeting room arrangements, refreshments, event setups, and visitor facilitation.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, trainings, and departmental activities.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and administrative records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
  • Provide support to management and other departments as required.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or corporate environment.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and supervision skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing janitorial teams and facility operations.
  • Ability to handle events, meetings, and office arrangements efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and follow-through.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA or equivalent).
  • Additional certifications in administration will be a plus.
