Admin Officer

Tekboox BPO company urgently looking to hire Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations.

Supervise support staff, office boys, drivers, and other administrative personnel.

Maintain office records, files, attendance, and official documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local labor laws.

Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers for office supplies, utilities, maintenance, and repairs.

Manage office assets, inventory, and facility upkeep.

Support HR in administrative coordination, onboarding documentation, and employee records.

Prepare administrative reports and assist management as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
