Job Title: Admin Officer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor and manage housekeeping, maintenance, and office facilities.
- Coordinate with security staff and address security-related issues.
- Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Manage office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of company premises.
- Support management in administrative and operational matters.
- Handle staff attendance, discipline, and administrative support tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be an Ex-Army Personnel (JCO/NCO preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration & Security.
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- Age: 30–40 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Must be able to commute to Karachi.
