Job Description

We are seeking a young, energetic, and well-organized Female Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and maintain a smooth, efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office files, records, and student documentation
  • Handle front-desk duties including reception, phone calls, visitor inquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations
  • Assist counselors with data entry, documentation, and application processing
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior administrative or office management experience is preferred
  • Maximum age limit: 28 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
