About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer who is fluent in both English and Arabic to support the smooth daily operations of our office as remote job. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in English and Arabic.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies.
  • Support HR and finance teams with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients, visitors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.
