- Manage office operations including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting other departments.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and generating reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English , Arabic , Hindi ,Urdu
- 1–3 years of experience in an admin or sales role (or combined).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
