Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in administration or HR roles.
- Candidates aged between 24 to 28 years only.
- Must be currently residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, preferably near I-8 Markaz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Handle HR-related tasks, including attendance, recruitment support, and employee record management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Confidently lead and coordinate meetings when required.
- Use various software tools efficiently for data handling and reporting.
- Support management with strategic and operational tasks as assigned.
Desired Qualities:
- Energetic, creative, and modern personality.
- Well-presented and confident communicator, with a strong command of English.
- Honest, dedicated, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Looking for a long-term commitment (minimum 1-year contract).
Compensation:
- Starting Salary: PKR 45000/- (negotiable based on experience and skills).
