Admin Officer - Female Only

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our branch office. The right person will demonstrate enthusiasm, efficiency, and accountability while contributing to team success and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office records, student files, and important documents
  • Manage front desk activities, including phone calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist education counselors with data entry and student application processing
  • Keep track of inventory and handle office supply orders
  • Manage petty cash and maintain records of daily expenses
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in admin or office coordination is a plus
  • Female candidates only; age should not exceed 28 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
